Thats not a problem.. mine reach 05th april and got AOR 22 Jun.. so similar timeline.. file should have been transferred by now to local viza office.. which country you are from?in case doubtfull GCMS notes will help.

@ASHU: IMM5744 has to be filled only if someone else raising GCMS notes on our behalf? Or applicable to all who issue GCMS. I tried to download the pdf but it gives error. So checking with you

NO Medical for Aug 2017 file transfer to NDVO. Anyone else in the same boat?

Hi - We applied for spousal application in April 2017 and submitted the medical as well as the police certificates when CIC requested it. We just got the email today requesting the PCC and medical from NDVO again. Anyone experienced the same thing.

Than i send all documents(PCC also) with application fess to CIC on date 20 Dec 2017
I received AOR From CIC on 13 Feb 2018.
Now i check my status on line using my UCI number it is "In Process"
Now what is next ???

I have a situation here, and want to hear some opinions.

I am working in Canada, and my wife is in India.

Me and my wife had submitted our application for Canada PR in june 2017. I (Primary applicant) have completed port of entry in Toronto on January 2nd 2018 and also received PR card. As my wife is in India, for her port of entry, the cic ottawa agents have transfered instructions with application to NDVO on 9th Feb 2018 so that NDVO send PPR request to her after which she can complete her PR process with entry to Canada.Till now we haven't heard anything from NDVO.


We tried enquiring through NDVO's email IDs and web forms 4 times, but no reply. Has anybody else experienced this? How long does it take, and is there any other way we can communicate to NDVO?
