While prepearing reference letter I thought if I just copy & paste the Job duties they may suspect .

You know I have just modified little bit.

Shall I again send them reference letter

Or only provide the proof of Job.

Seniors I need your help.

I got this today on my OASIS portal.

Criteria Description
ECA Verification Please add the SINP as a recipient of of your WES report so
your evaluation can be viewed online.
Settlement Funds Bank statements including the transaction history of the
account(s) for the time period May 9, 2017‐December 20,
2017.
A letter from the company is required to confirm the amount
of provident/gratuity funds which are accessible upon
request (for immigration to Canada).
Work Experience The work experience documents submitted with your
application do not meet all SINP requirements. As per our
website, acceptable work experience documentation must:
‐ Include letters of reference from the supervisor or Human
Resources Officer,
‐ Be printed on company letterhead or the applicant’s official
workbook, or other official government documents.
Each letter of reference/workbook must include all of the
following:
‐ Your job position and dates of employment;
‐ Your main duties/responsibilities;
‐ The number of hours you worked each week, if the position
was not full‐time;
‐ The physical location of the company/business; and
‐ The name and direct contact information of your supervisor
or manager*.
*Mobile numbers will not be accepted and company email
addresses are required.
Additionally, we require supporting evidence to show that
you were employed with the companies that you have
disclosed in your application, during the time periods stated
on the reference letters. Please provide the following
documents to support your gainful employment with each
employer:
‐ Paystubs or cheques to show that you received payment
from the employer,
‐ Bank statements to show deposits of earnings from the
employer,
‐ Pension statements to show the employer was contributing
to your retirement savings,
‐ Tax documentation that states your employers, and
‐ Any other documentation you feel may assist the SINP in
verifying your work experience and employment.
Please submit updated work experience documentation that

My previous 3 company bosses whom I have mentioned in the reference letter is no more associated with those companies, now I have already submitted my reference letters in their name Last time.

To show proof of them can I attach their visiting cards?? Also since they also have left those companies .
Do think is there any problem. Mobile numbers are same but obviously those company email ID's are not working.

This is not your headache. With the pessage of time, it all happens. Tell them about email address closing. Attach all related documents as many as you can send.
