Yes. I am also SINP OID paper based applicant. Cleared medical on 4th July and waiting for PPR.
Some people got the stamped passport in 10 days.

Bit confusing.. at Ahmedabad - as their is VFS centre for Canada but upto my knowledge no visa stamping at Ahmedabad.
