yes u r right ashu........ I have completed 18 months now..........................
Gentleman, I think this is useless to request Indian Ministers.
Better u write Canada PM, Immigration minister and High commissioner repeatedly.

I got medical request on 17th july,2017 but my agent has not submitted the medical and again I got final medical request on 15th September,2017with warning to submit it within 30 days. my agent submitted medical on 15th September,2017 and my medical passed on 18th September. now when will I get PPR?

You are correct my friend, most PNP Outland applicants have got PPRs from Jan, Feb AOR groups, and currently they are working On March Folks, your file is at NDVO if you are a PNP Outland applicant, and NDVO is working extremely slow these days, now they are issuing PPRs to FSW Outlands from March 2017. You are also correct about the time of issuing PPRs in 2017, only very rare cases are stuck from Jan and feb, average people are getting PPRs in less time than this.
NDVO does thing of switching its concentration from one stream to another, in the beginning of September, they were concentrating on PNPs, now on March FSWOs.
NDVO sometimes opens a batch on time and sometimes skips a batch in between and reopens it later on. So there is no way to predict their working my friend. Only option is to order GCMS, and wait. GCMS will tell you exactly what checks have been cleared in your file and what is your next due date. Though NDVO rarely keeps the due dates, if you are more than 180 days in process, you can also raise a CSE, but they mostly give stupid replies like "be patient" etc. rather then any useful information.
So it all depends on when someone opens you file there, otherwise files are mostly gathering dust.

Likes do not matter my friend, you are doing a great job.:)
I know my struggle of this PR process. and I know how lack of knowledge plus the complicated process can both confuse and frustrate us. Most people are looking for some hope and real information (and there is so much misinformation). I had done all my research on my own and gained so much from some real nice forum members here, so i understand the stress and try to share the knowledge in the kindest way possible. It makes me happy.:)
