As 16 months are complete of my PR application I requested one MP of Saskatchewan to look into details.

He did call IRCC and he replied :

"I just spoke with IRCC regarding your application received May 3rd.
Eligibility and background checks have not been initiated.
The last note on the file was made in August - I was advised to check back
again in three months (Dec 5th)."

Background check still not initiated ? Or ndvo has not updated background check to in process ?

Have also mailed to ndvo but they will reply in 30 days , what a shame ! Canada office will reply in 10 days and ndvo in 30.
