Open your Generic form and sit infront. Type/fill word by word same information. Then u can link it.

When our Background Check is started, do we get an email notification or only updated in ecas or GCKey? Or any one of them happens?

Please share your experience whose BG has started or precisely know about it.

Your timeline shows your medical has already expired. Have you tried raising a CSE or ordering the GCMS notes?
I don't want to disappoint you but i am afraid you might need to repeat the medicals
