You can pay through Debit card. Some have a max. payment limit of Rs. 15000 and some 25,000/-
If it has the limit of 25,000 then you can pay in 2 parts, one for you and other one for spouse. (in case you are married)

Thanks..... so with Indian Sbi global debit card I can pay.... I hv VISA Too....

Did you pay your own fee by yourself....
