I was having same question at the time of my medical.
But my agent told me that in paper based application, we need to send everything physically also.
So i suggested to send hard copy.

NDVO is not required any duplicate copies, will it make any difference?

The MR request email has asked for some documents to be submitted with NDVO after the medical. Do we need to send the hard copies or only scan the following documents and email to Delhi Immigration email address or both. Please clarify.

Scanned copies of passport (only front and back bio pages)
Receipt of RPRF
PCC - scanned copies would be fine, but original already submitted to CIC with original application.

Ashu,

If you send the receipts, your case officer will be aware of the same otherwise they have to check their system manually to get the updates. However, it all depends on your luck and how active your case officer is.

So, to be on safe side and avoid delays, it is recommended that you send your photo id Medical receipts you get after your medical.

Also, I have came to know that you can request your copy of medical report too which they are going to submit to the CIC. I found this on CIC website somewhere and confirmed the same with the hospital.

Hospital also will tell you whether the report is submitted or not and what is the result of all the tests.

Ndvo called us yesterday he was asking me about rprf that he told that we could not receive rprf,but we paid this by dd with medical,they wanted receipt of rprf but their is not receipt of dd,we sent copy of dd by email,is their any problem regarding this please please tell me,what should we do

I think RPRF should paid online only. So they asked you for its receipt.

Send them Bank clearing details and statement.
