Thanks for consolation but even your kind words I am sure they have determined estimated visa to be granted to FSW - 53500-55300 in 2013 as per their plan (Visit : http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/media/notices/notice-levels2013.asp) .
As per The Quarterly Administrative Data Release total Federal Skilled Worker applications received on or after the priority processing date of February 27, 2008* are - 82,278 (Working inventory) as on Dec '2012 and Federal Skilled Worker applications received before the priority processing date of February 27, 2008* (Backlog) is 9,159. Now if they have planned to issue maximum of 55300 visa 36137 will remain pending. Now if they put May intake FSWP behind 36137 applicants then they will also need to wait for 2 years. So I can't believe that they will follow word of mouth. Also we are not sure that they will not find any problem in our application there may chance that at any point they may able to find any reason to refuse our visa even due to wrong reasons and we need to fight with them for doing it right.
