NDV0 Visa offfice- Change in Imigration status

Hi Forumites,
I am the principal applicant for FSW1 2014 and my husband and i with the children are in India when my application was filed and my application was recieved on the 23 of June , 2014 and got my PER on the 27th of October 2014 but up til now till, am yet to receive my medical request . but my visa in India expired on the 30th of December, 2014 . some of the forumites that we applied on the same date has received medical request, even some July applicant has gotten their MR mail as well.

Now am now back to Nigeria. please do i have to update the New Delhi visa office about my change in immigration status and if yes, how do i go about it ? Could it also be affecting the slow processing of my application?

Please dear experienced forumites i need your imputs.

It doesn't matter where you were residing at the time of filing your Application at CIO.

How long have you been in India ? May I know (or do you know) what is local VO for further processing of your Appln. ?
You must inform your local VO about the change in your add, employment etc.. this is the bare minimum. 8)

Thanks for the reply first and foremost. We lived in India for 2 years and the VO is Accra.

Please how do i update the new VO pls. i need answers please from senior forumites.
