Not so sure about this timelines, my colleague applied for a ICT along with spouse TRV on last Monday and got both their visa stamped yesterday

Hi Kochumol,

ICT's are faster to get as compared to TWP and OWP. But still that was quick than ever...

Right fassu...But post medical request process does not take more than a month...so in short they need 3 months time to just process documents...This is too much into asking clearly suggesting they are NOT inviting Work permit candidates anymore. Just like the USA...

I hav a doubt ....Whn i check in VFS links processing time for OWP in ND is written n 4 days n here all takin about 3 months !!!

Yea you right buddy. I send an email to cic on 22 nd and 25 th October
2013 and they replied on 28 th oct and 29 th October
With the same message. It was copy paste thing
I think they send the same email to everybody
They updated the cic website and
Added one month to Delhi cic and 2 months
To Chandigarh effective from 30 th October
I think applications applied before that would
Would be of same processing time 3 months
This is that email
I also send an email on Monday that was 4 th November 13
But didnt get any reply
What do you think
What should I do

Delays in the processing of visa applications are always disappointing to all concerned, but rest assured that all efforts are being made to ensure efficient and expeditious processing of all visa applications

Agreed...I mean they already followed this time and most application took 3-4 months...so nothing new...Now that they have mentioned it on the website must be bcoz of lot of queries they receive everyday...so to avoid it i believe they must have said that...

Sending fax wouldnt hurt...I wouldnt expect a response from there...But checking your entry in the excel i believe u should get a request by 7th december latest...

YOu shouldnt panic till then...you will hear from them anytime...

Secondly, till 2nd december there will a lot of student applications...So they are given highest priority to enter canada...Will have to consider slight delay till then :)

Stay positive.. :)

Hi All:

I have also noticed that if there is a request for additional document for example your old passport or something. It delays ur application further by 30 days..
This statsistic is from my personal experience and a friends application.
Thanks,
Ben

Hello Michael, I am not sure on your country of residence, in India, it took approximately 16 - 19 days between MR and PPR

Good luck

@Bigbee.... Did you receive any reply from NDVO? When did you send your PP? My MR was sent to CIC by the doctor today.
