ND Work Permit Processing Time since February 2012?

called up and mailed VFS twice they told me to wait for any further instruction from CHC, as on till date status is under process , any one in my situation pls share or suggest,

Is there any possibilities for my visa approval or rejection coz of dis email wat if i "ll not recieved that email,

NO when i enquired on 10 oct via email they sent me an email that med instruction were already emailed,confused and worried

They mentioned in the approval mail that they will send the medical and pcc request letters within 25 to 30 days, then only I can proceed further

Congrats Hardik... This is really good news. The process in your case seemed to be different. Normally approval comes after medicals. But my interpretation is that your file may be processed outside India because of online processing and will get transferred to NDVO for MR.

I havent heard anything for my application. Hope we get to know soon.

The approval mail which I got is from ND CHC only, so it is processed in Delhi only. And the step of process is good, I mean first they approve that they will give TRV and then ask for medical and pcc. Because if they ask for medical before the approval the whole fees of the medical will go waste if they don't give the visa.

You mean you got an email for doing your medicals when you had already sent your medicals to them with your application?
When did you submit your application?

Then you ask them to send the e-mail again with the instructions that they choose right for you and also clarify them that you haven't received any such e-mail.

I already mailed them thrice in one weeks time , i have to wait for response only worry is how fast they respond as its already 1.5 mnths and no idea if they send mail again or not ,,,

once u have filed u have to take attached form they send you from CHC

Applied through VFS ND on 23 aug on 8th oct send mail; to cic for status , on 15th oct recieved mail stating medical instruction emailed to me on 4th sep but not recieved such mail, requaested them for resend me mail; stil;l; waiting,,,,,any suggestio;n

I don't think that's the only criteria.. We all fall under NON EDE category for medicals ( since we're from india ) there are people who took medicals upfront.
