ND Work Permit Processing Time since February 2012?

Hello Guys
This forum has been of immense help and hope through the tough times. I wish to thank the almighty, family and friends and the forum members. Finally got the approval email for my spouse from NDVO. Passport is still in transit. Timelines for the same are below:

S-OWP : Applied on 23rd April 2013
Application Reached NDVO: 25th April 2013
Additional Docs. Requested: 26th August 2013 (More Marriage Pics, Relationship Questionnaire etc.)
Additional Docs. Submitted: 3rd September 2013
Medical Request: 13th September 2013
Medicals Done: 24th September 2013
Medicals Dispatched: 1st October 2013
Approval Email: 15th October 2013
Passport: Awaited

Hi Himanshu is your application is purely SPousal open work permit or do you have a accompanied TFW application, thank you...

Looking at this, it seems that there is an immense back log in NDVO.

So what we should conclude? That Chandigarh VO is working on May applications and NDVO is working on April applications?

I got the information that there was problem
In april and may applications in both the
Offices, so that is why there is delay
Hope we get medical request soon

It means that applicants who applied in april
And may will have to wait coz there was some
Issues in processing because of strike
So that is why there are some applicants
From april and may who are still waiting

Hello all

The cic new delhi releases passport
Two times in a day which are 10:30 am and 3:30 pm
And than vfs updates the tracker as soon as
They recieve it.

Hope this information will be helpful.

After 5 months, CIC have requested 'relationship questionnaire' for further processing of my open work permit. Can someone please share the link for this form? Why this form is not listed in CIC website or anywhere over internet?

I didnt hear anything from anybody
Online applications are processed in
Newdelhi or chandigarh.
It also depends on your country of residence
That means it should be india
Than only it is processed in delhi or chandigarh

If you applied at vfs
You can call vfs call center and ask them
About the necessary fom

Upfront Medical Done on-4th May, New Delhi
Medical, wedding photographs and relationship questionnaire (after careful consideration i submitted the form IMM5540E ) request from CIC-13th May, 2013
Submitted on-21st May,2013.
Send a mail to CHC to enquire about the processing details of my application-12th September, 2013

Received a reply from CHC- 12th Oct 2013; in which they have mentioned that they are still waiting for wedding photographs and relationship questionnaire and there will be no further processing to my application it is submitted.

This is extremely unacceptable. As the application was done online, my application still shows that everything is uploaded and provided. Moreover, there is no information about 'RELATIONSHIP QUESTIONNAIRE' on internet or with VFS or CIC-Canada (My Husband Contacted them).
To resubmit, i just want to be sure if i am sending them the correct form that they need to speed up the processing.
