I have applied OWP..as my husband is a international student.

But today i have got the refusal on that.

Reason given:---

Your Purpose of Visit..

I have clearly mention that OWP.


You would not leave the canada by end of your stay.

Plz help.

What to do next.

There is an update in the excel sheet. "Pramkom" have got visa approval today. Congrats

As per the excel sheet only one online application has gone through successfully. Many r pending. Don't know when my number will come? If anybody didn't updated the sheet pls do it.

Hello ,

Few days ago I applied for Work Permit using Online Application Process through MyCIC account and got my File Number next day. I am currently living in India.

Actually I want to understand the approximate time it will take to process this application. Whether online application process follows the timelines given for Online Applications in Canada ( 78 days as of today ) or it follows the timelines for Country specific ( New Delhi ) visa office.

If you are aware then can you please share what is the next step after Online WP Application. Whether online file moves to Local Visa office or is processed from within Canada ? Are all the medicals / PCC are sent to Canada office or to Local visa office where applicant is residing ( New Delhi in my case ) ?

In cover letter u should mention that
U will leave Canada after 2 years

Applied TWP + LMO ( Self ) + OWP ( Spouse ) + TRV ( Daughter )

through online by the immigrant consultant of my employer on sep 20

it is okie if it takes time as i am not ready to move in yet .
