if u also have your printed wedding invitation, you could send that too. And marriage photos (include the ones capturing the ceremony) and any photos taken post marriage too. Eva mentioned the rest I believe.

Hi,

1 ) You will have to provide Wedding Ceremony photos and if u have already submitted original certificate then please attach the attested copy of it again.
2 ) You need to attach the call records ( phone ) or e-mails or chats ( highlight dates ).

Hi eva, Thanks for your interest in my queries... so u saying I have to send either phone records or emails and chats ... one of those only ? and in emails do I have to print out each and every mail ? or a print screen would be sufficient which shows name and subject of the sender ? and can i submit all that in canada or my wife has to do it in india ?

Thanks.

My interpretation is that the information has to be sent to the visa office where your wife applied for the TRV. What the instructions mean is, if for example they asked to see a document in your possession,
You could send it directly to the Visa Office instead of to your wife and her sending it to the VO to save time. If all requested docs are shared, like wedding photos, correspondence, etc then your wife can just send it directly to VO. I think this instruction is general and more useful in the case of a Canadian friend issuing an invitation and them having to provide supplementary docs like proof of citizenship, income or bank statements to the VO which they might not wish to send to the friend they are inviting.

As Pippin told, you need to submit documents to the office where the file s being processed. So it will be best if your wife can submit the documents to VO in delhi. Also, the emails and chats are to ensure you have been in touch post marriage so spreading it across the entire time period would be a goodone. Phone records spanning over time from engagement till now also add credibility to your application. So all the best! Hope this helps!

Hi ,

1 ) Give as many call records and emails with highlighting - date and month. Try to show that your constant communication with your spouse through them. take the print outs of the screen shots .and also attach the photos of your post marriage also ( trips if any ) apart from the wedding ceremony photos.

Eva, Madhu and Pippin ... thanks a bunch guys...
medical done...
getting call records from BSNL is a pain... they asked my wife to file an RTI for her call records... like WTF

Thats one step closer... all the best for ur spouse to get visa soon....

Any new visas today?
