ND Work Permit Processing Time since February 2012?

What about ur passport validity its more than 6 months or less if its less than 6 months then they no need to medical bcz they allow ur visa to less then 6 months.

I am an IT Professional. I Applied for TWP+LMO-self 3 years Visa and OWP-Spouse on 02-Jul-2013 at VFS HYD. Still VFS Status is showing Under Process. Am Waiting for Medicals..

By Mistake I also Included TRV forms ( IMM 5257 ) with our Visa Applications. Actually We no need to Include TRV forms as mentioned in IMM1295E ( I Selected "No" to All Options in Background Section in IMM1295E ). Will this mistake Impact my Application Process?.. ???..

FYI.. All my Documentation Prepared by Canadian Law Firm and They Are my Representative..

I know that PAFSO strike is going on at ND Office. On 21st Aug , PAFSO may hear some positive news from PSLRB regarding binding arbitration.. ..

If you are from India then you need Temporary Resident Visa along with your work permit papers for staying and working in canada. So there is nothing wrong in including the IMM 5257 form. Only significant additional detail in IMM 5257 is the travel history question.

Hi frotenacs,

There are people inthe list who have submitted medicals along with their application.
I can suggest you 2 things as I am still waiting for medicals:

1. If u r applying through vfs, then talk to a representative there.
2. You can contact any one of the approved panel of physicians by CIC and fix an appointment and complete the medicals. Attach the reciept that they give as part of your application. The hospital sends ur reports online.

Finally do apply as soon as possible. Currently its taking 4 months to get medicals/visa.

Hoping the situation ll change soon.. hope this helps..

Manish, madu & ns1226 - passport arrived to my destination, but I'm away from home. probably I'll get passport on Tuesday. Then, let know the refusal reason
