I have received my Medical Examination request this morning.

I had applied on 1st April for ICT 2 years visa

Thats great, but why didn't you applied with Pre-Medicals? Didn't your company attorney gave you any such advise?

Pre-medicals are not allowed in all cases. My attorney said in my case i will need to go for medicals with the forms sent by CHC

Agreed ICT is top priority.. but cant understand why CWP+lmo is least priority. .

Hi Congratulations...

Dont worry about your Son's Visa, His must be visitor visa & they are not giving confirmation for the same in your e-mail. It would be directly stamped on his passport.

I have a question, Did you receive any e-mail confirmation for your spouse after medical? Please let me know.

hi every one

i got letter of visa approval for my wife

but i didnt receive my son approval im worrying now can some one help please.....

he got wheezing when he gone for medical not much just a caugh & wheez blow 5year old boy

is that will be a problem ? can some one help me out from this stress?

SOWP applied march 12
medical request for both july 22
medical done agu 3
wife visa approval agu 6
waiting for my son visa approval

The processing time for WP is updated to 3 months in cic website .. have to wait a month to send in casespecific enquiry... ???

Finally we have hit the rock bottom of PAFSO strike.. PSLRB is not known for giving quick decisions..probably a month is the quickest ever (confirmed news by PAFSO memebers).. so BACK TO WORK is 99÷ confirmed for mid sep like predicted a month away... Until then we can pray for ourselves to be the lucky applicant.. God bless us all..

after long waiting period of 41/2 months I'm happy to say today I received approved Workpermit e-mail from CIC.

waiting for passport now.

applied OWP-S visa @ VFS- Hyderabad on 18-March-2013
application reached to NewDelhi VO on 19-March-2013
Medical Request: 20-July-2013
Medical done: 29- July-2013
approved e-mail received on : 8-August-2013

before u recieving ur medical request..... u have receive any inquiry related phone call from cic..,actually some of my friend said me before cic enquiry call is hint ur file now in processing.....

Really great news, I think the focus is slowly shifting on Work Permits... Evryone will get their Visas Soon.
