ND Work Permit Processing Time since February 2012?

Hey just for information. I posted about ICT based on the list of approvals of ICT (in WP category) in the excelsheet..

Hope everyone gets it soon!

Well if it comes to estimated guess I have seen 4 ICT visa applicants and all of them got visa in between 8-12 weeks during Strike but looking at the history of my company ICT visa processed in 1-2 weeks during non-strike days, some even got in 6 days

Hi Santy,

The Student permit applications for Sep intake are to be submitted by Aug 1st. CIC will not encourage applications beyond this date. Keeping 2 weeks to process the applications submitted till July end roughly gives us the date.

Also, once the pressure for Fall intake lets up, the visa office will be able to focus on WP.

Great news avm but how much sure are you that Students don't need Visa after 15-20?

@ santyIndia - as per CIC, for September intake student visa applications Aug1st is the deadline . Mostly, they will clear all student visa applications in-between Aug 15th-20th.

Really don't know still how long i have to wait to get MR? Seem like CHC is not interested to process with work permit application ??? I am going through very hard time.

i have submit my aplication in vfs new delhi on 22nd may for trv...

but i don;t knw how much time it takes... becoz of strike....

so any idea about you friends....which period of files presently in processing for trv visa...in new delhi chc...

Well, First of all CHC must done with all the Student permit application as soon as possible than we can see some Sunshine 8)

i got letter of visa approval for my wife

but i didnt receive my son approval im worrying now can some one help please.....

he got wheezing when he gone for medical not much just a caugh & wheez blow 5year old boy

is that will be a problem ? can some one help me out from this stress?

congrats gurubharath, wonderful news....

I think for your son you applied TRV. For TRV you won't get any approval e-mail from CIC. Directly you will get visa on passport.

As avm said, you need not worry if it was a TRV alone for your son. Only study permit and work permit applications receive email approval.
