There was no update on this thread since Jigar posted about his status change, and we don’t yet know whether he got his visa or if it was a Medical Request. :

Hope to hear more news from NDVO applicants to keep our hopes and spirits up.

I submitted ICT-WP + SOWP in Apr.. But we had medical check-up done and included the medical form along with the document package..

Few of my friends applied for ICT-WP in the month of march and got their WP last week. I have applied in Jan, medical submitted in March and waiting for final VISA

I have applied for Work permit (2 years) Intra company transfer on 4th March 2013 and my application was received on 5th March in Canadian High commision office in New Delhi on 5th March 2013. But since then there has been no update. I am yet to receive Medical request as well

Can u plz confirm that ur frnds (who had applied in March and got their visa) applied for 6 month Work permit or more than 6 months Work permit. In former case medical is not required so that leads to faster processing.

Also can u plz share ur exact timelines?

And what about your frnds who have already received their Visa after applying in March....did they also applied for 1 year ICT?....What were their timelines?

Do you know when ur friends submitted their applications.
Either way its good to know they got their visas last week as there hasnt been any news positive / negative on this thread for 2 weeks.

So an update on our application status is not far away..

Can anyone please specify that during Medical request do we get our Passports back??...Or we just get a medical form which is to be submitted online by the medical practitioners?

Ankit,

You will not get your passport back during medical request. You will get a soft copy from High Commission to complete your medicals at prescribed medical practitioner.
