If I am working as Food Service Supervisor in Edmonton and as per new NOC FSW2013 which has come into force from 4th May'13 there are no code for this work.

Can I apply for PR with my current status?

Piku
I would think you have two ways open to you. Either FSW with approved job offer or wait until you have a full 12 months and apply under CEC. What do others say?

if we have post secondary education in Canada plus 1 yr experience, only then we can apply in CEC.

Else, Arranged employment is only the way

Didnt the CEC process / guidelines change towards the end of 2012? Now any person whose NOC falls under 0, A, B category can apply for PR uner CEC with just 12 months Canada experience. You dont need to have Canadian education.

It takes 2 months and 10 days according to most of the forum applicants.your owp should probably come by 5th may or first week of may..all the best.

The processing time for Chandigarh = 3 months and ND = 2 months.
If you are the former, then you are within their timeframe.

ND applicants who applied for OWP(s) ,

Is there anyone who exceeded the processing timeframe and has initiated a enquiry to the ND office ? Please confirm.

Thanks!

I'll be completing 4 months this may 3rd not a single update, have given case specific thrice!! Only reply is waiting for satisfactory medical results. God knows what's happening there at Delhi. Heights!!!!
