ND Work Permit Processing Time since February 2012?

Hi All,

Finally I m back in this forum after a long time when I left with a good news of the approved visa. Since this forum is of such a great help I didn't wanted to go anywhere else other than just dropping in my queries here.

I wanted to find out about the Permanent residency status here in Canada. Since, I m currently working here as a skilled labour in the province of British Columbia therefore,if anybody can let me how to apply for PR and whts the eligibility to apply.

Congretulation dear. My self bhavesh gajera I have job offer in albarta in admounton , canada, with ait aprruval since sep 2013.

And I am applying visa in nov2012. But till today no reply for thair side, so please guide me what should I do?

Vfs ahamdabad
Till today status: Passport received at Canadian High Commission, 7/8 SHANTIPATH, CHANKYAPURI, -, NEW DELHI, Pin:110021, Tel: on 15/11/2012 and is under processing.

I have applied OWP with support letter in 14th Feb Still under process .
VFS = Chandigarh

Which Work permit you have applied.
I think U r passport with ND vo , did you log a case regarding this ?

If I am working as Food Service Supervisor in Edmonton and as per new NOC FSW2013 which has come into force from 4th May'13 there are no code for this work.

Can I apply for PR with my current status?
