God has finally showed his Mercy. I have got approval for OWP - 2 years Validity. Finally Patience has paid off and I got this approval after 3 Months.

hi, there i have applied for canada owp with LMO in december 2012. after 2 months they refused it due to some reasons. now i have applied it again on a same work permit and same LMO on march 25th.

I raised a case specific query. I got a phone call asking me if I have received any mail for additional documents. I said I have not.

No news since.

So this means, VFS will not update about medicals.

hi, there last time my visa was refused 2 months ago, now i resubmit the application in march with the letter that has been issued by the company, where they mentioned that they need me for their work and they think they have expectation about my application will get a positive reply.
but the fact of the matter is , does this letter makes any positive impact on visa officer.

If the VO calls and asks if you have received additional communications which you have not, surely it makes sense to say so. That way they can resend the information.

1:we r not sure that u will come back to ur country after complete the contract
2:your financial situation
After that my comany give me a letter ..and they address the vo in it.pls respond positively...bcoz this is da perfect person for our compeny...nd we r not seticefied with reson u gave ...is this letter is helpful for me?
