guys...just wondering...with new system of CHC...since they don't send passports when they ask for Medicals...what is the process after medicals are done?? are we supposed to submit anything through VFS or directly to embassy? guys who have hv got their visas can you please tell us what did u ppl do?

Just for safer side you can submit your medical acknowledgement (Xerox filled and doctor sign Copy of first page, which CHC sent to you by mail) to VFS Office but it doesn't matter because hospital will directly send the reports to CHC.

What a lovely way to start my day reading the wonderful news of gautam, shyamala and gogagig! Congratulations! Recalling gautam that you triumphed despite earlier refusal, what did you do in your second application that made the difference? No. They did not ask for medicals before visitor either. I have not lived in india for the last 9 months ( i have been in USA and europe). Perhaps that is why i was never asked to do medicals.

Hello Guyz
Have been following this forum chain and is really great and informational. Thought i shall also update this chain with my details:

I applied for Work Permit with Positive LMO

12.02.2013--> Application reached ND Canada Embassy (Applied after i completed the Medicals on 02.Feb.2013)

My question to this forum is:
I applied for my Work Permit in SEP-2012 and was rejected asking my employer to obtain an LMO. Now i have received a Positive LMO and have reapplied for my Work Permit. Now my question is "Would the Visa Officer find any new reason for rejection?" or he would have mentioned all the reasons for rejection when i applied first in SEP-2012.
