previously visited canada on a visitor visa for 2 months. what i received today is work visa (with work permit approval) for one year (as requested)

guys...just wondering...with new system of CHC...since they don't send passports when they ask for Medicals...what is the process after medicals are done?? are we supposed to submit anything through VFS or directly to embassy? guys who have hv got their visas can you please tell us what did u ppl do?
