ND Work Permit Processing Time since February 2012?

hi people.in my opinion embasssy is following this priority i guess.closed LMO,open LMO,Spouse OPEN WORKPERMIT.according to this forum this is the thing they are following i assume.

@prykaul.as you have applied spouse work permit it took delays i guess.theyare giving prority to primary applicants.

and guys today is friday.keeping my fingers crossed.good luck guys.

Folks - I have consulted my attorney they even communicated files are picked first come , first serve. Seems we have something missing/CHC need more time to make judgement.

Few cases submitted i december even got response. Hope to see some response by tomorrow or next week.

I have submitted application in sep and then submitted medicals in nov till now no response

I wrote to them on 8th January when they sent me the medical request again.....i tole them that i have already submitted the same for visitor visa...
though i have already gone for medicals now.....
