ND Work Permit Processing Time since February 2012?

Still waiting.. It has been a month ... do not know what is taking them( to approve or disapprove my application) so long when the processing time is 20 days for New Delhi CHC...

I applied on 23rd Oct @ VFS Bangalore. Received in CIC, Delhi on 25th Oct. After that I did not hear anything from them so far..Its exactly 1 month now since I applied...

Just got an update that my passport has been dispatched! I will let you guys know tomorrow, when I receive it tomorrow.

Hi,

Can someone tell me the format of Police Clearance Certificate in India. I got this from Superintendent of Police, Bangalore . The first line says, "no adverse information" but in the last it says "ineligible". I inquired from Commissioner's office and they told me it is the standard format given for visa applicants. I haven't submitted the PCC yet. Thought will submit when requested. Hope this is nothing to worry about.

CERTIFIED THAT THERE IS NO ADVERSE INFORMATION IN RESPECT OF MR. _XXXX______XXX_____XXXXX____HOLDER OF INDIAN PASSPORT NO. X XXXXX___ ISSUED AT XXXXX____AND RESIDING AT XX-ADDRESS-XX ON XX-XXX-XXXX FOR THE PERIOD HE/SHE STAYED IN INDIA, WHICH WILL RENDER HIM/HER INELIGBLE FOR THE GRANT OF TRAVEL FACILITIES INCLUDING VISA FOR IMMIGRATION TO CANADA
