Take the job posting and be sure you can show exactly how you have all the requirements of the position. Usually you need to have worked in that position for a substantial period of time (6-12 months I think) in past three years. For each requirement of the job you should show your abilities.

What documents did you provide to prove you had the experience? If you were evaluating your application can you see why the VO would think the way they did?

I have submitted my experience certificates from my last two employer's. May be my work role might be the reason I guess, previously i was Business development assistant in India and Business development Manager in UK. The current offer I got is Direct sales Representative. But I am sure.

I doubt it is due to company layoffs. It would refer to applicant proving he has experience required in the job posting. For example if it says anything about language proficiency you are wise to provide IeLTS results.

No not like that, coz the company already recommended about my language proficiency and I also got 4 year of International exposure, did my master's in UK and also got 2 years of work experience over there. In my case I thought it wont be the reason for that and I guess not for the company layoffs reason, Coz one guy from mumbai got visa in one month for the same company who given offer to me. For the mumbai guy no international exposure before only india experience and got medical request in 12 days after that with in the month got his visa.

For my Rejection there are two reason:
First One: You were not able to demonstrate that you adequately meet the job requirements of your prospective employment.

Second one:Other reasons:

I am not satisfied you are well established in your home country and that you would depart canada at the end of the period authorized for your stay.

The second reasons are two weird for me to understand.

Is there any possibility that the visa will be rejected even after a medical request (MRR) ??
I assume MRR is the last step of the process. Correct me if I am wrong..

I applied on 11/02 and did my medical on 5/04 for a OWP-S visa

From which number you had received the call from high commission? I received one call today from +91-11-46302100. But could not hear anything as voice was getting truncated and voice quality was also very poor.
