Is your friend received under NBPNP EE or Skilled Worker Stream ?
for me Inland working here with contract, 72 points
probably If I do not receive the ITA, I intend to withdraw my application and try the New Brunswick Skilled Worker Stream. The reason for considering this program is due to the fact that I would be eligible for 80 points under its criteria.

Oh then not sure about the time. ITA is completely dependent on the province and there is no timeline for that. I though you got the ITA and waiting for nomination.
