Hi all,
Can we apply for both programs :
New Brunswick Skilled Worker Stream and New Brunswick Provincial Nominee Program: Express Entry Stream or we have to choose only one ?

No. You will have to pick one stream. Province only issues one nomination either nonEE or EE that would be either of the stream you chose. And then after you get nomination, the conditions on your nomination certificate will restrict you on how you apply to IRCC (nonEE or EE).

Thank you for your response. I have submitted an application for the (NBPNP EE) and I am currently awaiting the ITA. However, the process seems to be taking longer than expected, and I have some concerns regarding my choice of program, as I am eligible for both options.
Do you have any information regarding the anticipated timeframe for completion of the aforementioned process?

Each month, they issue ITAs from the pool of the applicants. They invited 86 people in the month of April. The draw is yet to happen for this month. Based on your points (I think thats internal), if it is high enough, you will get ITA within this month.

CRS score do not matter for nomination. Provinces have their own scoring scales based on which they issue ITAs. But after nomination from the province you get 600 points added to your EE profile and that 400 would be 1000 in no time.
