I am not sure if it is the EE profile that has an issue but we have experienced the same...I only knew that we passed medical after receiving an email and saw the GCMS notes that we have passed medical. But i believe the processing of the medical became slower for all Jan 2017 onwards..i suggest to order GCMS notes from your friends who are PR or Citizen of Canada to know the actual status
is the 10-12 month timeline is from the the CIC AOR or the whole duration of the application from the time you got nominated

I am going to submit my documents one more time, since I can ask refund of my money (from my previous application), should I pay again for this new application ?

If I pay this new application fee could I refund the previous one ? Cause the CIC said that could refund my fee . If yes , how I can get my money back ?
