Today I got "cancel" because of incompleteness of my application for permanent residency.
They asked me to open a new Express Entry profile.
Since I have Provincial Nomination from Newbrunswick, and it is going to be expired on 3 Aug 2017, could I transfer my nomination to new EE profile ? what should I do for that ?

contact New Brunswick Immigration Office, They will advise. In the sessions that was held in Abu Dhabi, they said they can issue a new certificate

I contact them today, do you know how long does it take for them to answer me? I am in a very bad situation since I have only 1.5 month up to expiration date of my nomination while I should open new EE profile and get nomination again.
Will they issue a new nomination letter for my new EE profile with new number or they will ask me to use the previous one ?

Although i sent my original English translation of police certification, without any prior notification, they cancelled my application because of not sending the original file in my own country language! While I am clean in my whole life and it is clear in my PC!
They did not even send any notification to my CIC for sending the original file to them!!!
Since i did not use any lawyer or representative in my behalf for submitting this documents I think that only my original English translation would be required otherwise I had been send all the file together since I provided it before.
I report it several times in web form and I attached my PC documents all together and still waiting for their answer.
They inform me about this problem in 08 Jun by letter in my CIC account and change my statuse to "cancelled because of incompleteness"
I reported it to NB in the same day.

we PNP - Outland people getting the AOR in Apr have not even passed the Medical for almost 2 1/2 months?

I am sorry I don't know how to answer that. But in this group <<---click, we have an immigration at the Government of New Brunswick, ask him there, he might be able to answe
the expectation to get the PPR for PNP outland should be in 10 to 12 month since many people from October, November & December 2016 are still waiting to get a reply.
