For Medicals, I have booked an appointment with the medical center. However, the requirement is to provide a letter from CIC requesting medicals. apart from ITA will there be a separate form sent?

Similarly, for PCC it is stated that a letter from CIC requesting medicals should be provided? What should be done?

No, you need only to your profile number it works for medical go and do it upfront.

if Abu Dhabi or Al Ain process is different, you have apply thru MOL if you want to get a certificate in English. over the counter they issue only in Arabic. keep in mind your data (passport details, visa details and photo must be updated in immigration system, as online they will not ask you anything to upload.
