Hi Awaisikhan,

You can reject the invitation as many times as you wish to, but the thing is that it is not necessary that you will be invited again and this is clearly mentioned by CIC.

My suggestion is, It's better to accept the nomination.

Regards,
My Dear Alwin!

Thanks for your reply.

I do wish to apply and I will accept NB nomination as well. (As I have already been nominated by them). Somehow, (due to some reasons) I want to submit my CIC application in Aug 2017. and that is why I want to like reject a couple of ITA. My score will be around 1000 so I believe I can get invitation by cic again if I reject it at the very first time.

I have the plan which is like I will accept nomination by May 2nd or so and then I will like reject one ITA and the next one will be coming to me at around the end of the May. Then I can take my 90 days to submit my EAPR.

What do u suggest and say?

Thanks for your advice.

Hi guys, I'd like to get some advice on our current situation. I recently received a CIC ITA where I've applied with NOC 2282, but will no longer be employed in about 2 mos due to account closure. I'm currently looking for a job on the same field but not sure when I'll be starting work again.

I'm now gathering the documents needed and just received my employment certificate stating all the details and with a note that I will be separated from the company in 2 mos. Will this cause a problem in our application? Thank you in advance.

its principal applicant, if your spouse is principal applicant, then she has to show the proof, otherwise you.

Will a joint bank account of me and my partner be okay? Thanks!

No, it shouldn't cause you a problem. Just get the certificates from them.
