I got one interesting document from NB on the job fair.
So for the PNP priority 1 with french thy require French level CBL 8 or higher in all skills. But only secondary diploma and at least 1 year of experience in 0, A or B class professions

In the very same document there was no hint of other EE streams (except the one with job offer).

Then there is strategic initiative - this is non EE stream. Here it what it requires:
1. age 22 to 55
2. French language (here it is not specified the min. CBL)
3. at least 2 years of post secondary education (practically bachelor and higher) or skilled trades and 5 years of experience in the sector in demand
4. experience in the sector in demand. (amount of years not specified here).
5. There is something stated live and work in NB (but that is more like intention to do that, otherwise whole stream would have no logic)
6. Exploratory visit - you have to be invited for this one after meeting agent in person
7. money (very standard requirement of course)

It is still early in Fredericton NB- it is 6:37 am while I was replying to you.

I guess in couple of hours people should start hearing- finger crossed I am waiting since 3 months now

I had to update my New EE number on my NB PNP. Got their email confirmation now, saying it is done. They are quick.
People who have received their AOR after 2nd week of Aug, have not been nominated yet. Way too slow or there are loads of application to work on.
My AOR is 16104X, received on 26th of Aug. Wait is ON!

Hope for the best.

I received AOR in Aug 22nd. my AOR is 1609XX. still waiting hopefully my app found its way to nomination process

Yes, an email notification. The nomination letter will be in your MyCIC account. Then after a few days, NB will send the confirmation of nomination through email.

It was August 17, 2016 5:32 PM when i got confirmation from New Brunswick that they have received my profile and issued the PNP 1608XX.

I'm still waiting for PPR. But from what I know, when your passport is returned to you, you'll get the copy of COPR together with the visa stamped in your passport.
