If your CRS is 408, then Ontario will send you ITA once they re-open their nomination program. Most probably next month November or early next year.

better to wait for Saskatchewan if they open EE stream this October coz ur NOC is needed and they are super fast

Thanks delpi, I applied on Sept 23rd, 2016. Under NOC B 2282 I work in New Brunswick, received ITA through email.

Congratulations! I hope they will resume giving out ITAs to those outside NB, sent my 2nd EOI last Sept 26.
