I send my application on 28th July and they received it on 4th August, Yesterday on 13th August they send me AOR.

can't say!

the reason I asked is because I'm apprehensive about sending an application to NB, although I have an ITA from their session, just because I have an application with OINP since December, and got an AoR already.

what do you think? noting that my NOC is not in the priority list

If you google nomination letters, you will see that they clearly mention in it:
"Please note:

It is possible to receive nominations from multiple provinces and territories; however, you may only accept one nomination. Your name will remain in the pool of Express Entry candidates until you accept a nomination, or until you are invited to apply under another skilled worker program. "
You can ask those who have received the nomination from NB to confirm this info.

Regarding you NOC, If you have got an ITA, you can apply and get the monination.

Guys does the AOR means that my application was complete and nothing was missing???

No, this just means they have received your app.

Thanks for reply mate.
But I have done some research now and they say that once your application is received and it is complete then the AOR is send. If in the future they see something wrong with the already submitted application they will ask you to resend the new forms.

Check with your courier first if its already delivered to New Brunswick and who signed for it ?
Then wait for the AOR email within two weeks

thanks for your reply :) as records of mailing service show , it is delivered to new brunswick. would you please tell me what is an AOR email? (acknowledgement of receive) may be?

no, it's better to wait for NB applicaiton first. they have mentioned clearly that application will be rejected if you have applied for other province.

Where exactly they have written that? I couldn't find it anywhere.

Can anyone point me there?

in my post records , it was mentioned that signed by S.Gallant. Is this same as yours?

Like I said before people who gets a nomination usually do not post here so it is hard to determine the processing time. However, on "NB Tracker: I just notice one applicant that has received a nomination. I would like to share his/her timeline: documents submitted June 10, AOR June 16, Additional Document July 21, Nomination August 12th. Of course each case is an individual case, however, this maybe can give us an idea how long does it take to get a nomination. Like I said before I believe between two and four months. Also, when you get a nomination do not forget to post here and to help others.
