So now its onto the next...

All the best to everyone waiting as well.
Congrats :)

did you mention in the application that you have a file under process with OINP?

Thanks!

I can't exactly say my OINP application was "in process" before I sent my NB application. OINP received my application in February and I like many other haven't heard from them until they sent an AOR two days ago which was after I had sent NB my application. But yeah I did mention it to NB.

I know someone who didn't mention it though based on my same opinion. Would that be an issue for the person?

can't say!

the reason I asked is because I'm apprehensive about sending an application to NB, although I have an ITA from their session, just because I have an application with OINP since December, and got an AoR already.

what do you think? noting that my NOC is not in the priority list

Hello Everyone,

I have been following this forum for months and thought of posting my first reply as I have few questions that I would appreciate if you may help me with them as per your experience and knowledge.

I have attended New Brunswick session and received ITA from them. Currently, I am preparing my documents and filling the forms.

My questions are listed below:

1. Regarding the first form "NBPNP-001 Declaration of Commitment Form":
  • Where Shall my wife sign?
  • Should she fill a separate form for her? If so how shall she fill the first question as it says "Principal Applicant" while she's not the principal applicant?
  • I thought we would fill 1 form and she signs next to my name and writes below her signature that she's my spouse? Do you think this is correct?
  • Can my wife be my witness and I become her witness? If no, then who should be the witness?

2. In the document "Document Checklist - Express Entry Labour Market Stream" the name of the 3rd form on page 2 is mismatching with its ID "NBPNP-DCEELMS Express Entry Labour Market Stream Information Form". Which form shall I use? Please give me a link

3. Photo Requirements

  • Is there any where on New Brunswick website where they mention the photos specifications?
  • They say that I should "staple photos to a blank sheet of paper and staple it to NBPNP-003 Skilled Worker Information Form". After checking that form, I found out that it has the first question asking about "Category" and the only options are either "Employer Support" or "Family Support" while both are not applicable for me. How may I answer this question? Also, I find it confusing because this form is listed below "Skilled Worker Applicants with Employer Support" while I am applying as "Skilled Workers Applicants Express Entry Category: Labour Market Stream"

4. May you please tell me the meaning of the abbreviations I find in most of your signatures like the ones below:

ITA: Is this the one from NB or CIC?
Medicals: Is there any medical check required by NB or this is the one of the CIC?
AOR, RPRF, BGIP, PPR, CoPR: What do these mean?

I apologize if this is too long but I find it really confusing.

Thanks in advance and I would appreciate your prompt response.

If you applying under express entry stream than just look at the documents required under that stream. NBPNP-003 Skilled Worker Information form doesn't need to be submitted for express entry. Picture connect onto the NBPNP-003-EELMS form. This might help you: http://ourcanadadreamdiary.blogspot.ca/2015/10/nbpnp-full-application.html

Thank you for your reply and support.

I am still confused because of what they included in their checklist for express entry stream.

Please go to Google and search for "new brunswick Application guide and forms". Open the first link in the search results and check the form with name "Document Checklist for Express Entry Labour Market Stream" under "Skilled Workers Applicants Express Entry Category: Labour Market Stream". Scroll down to page 5 where you can find point number 16 "Photo Requirements".

Please read the whole paragraph which says "You must supply one photo for each member of your family, whether accompanying or not, and yourself. Photos must be taken within six months before you submit your application. On the back of each photo print the name and date of birth of the person who appears in the photo as well as the date the photo was taken. Staple photos to a blank sheet of paper and staple it to NBPNP-003 Skilled Worker Information Form."

It says I should staple the photos to "NBPNP-003 Skilled Worker Information Form.".

Please help me with this as it is really confusing me.

Thanks in advance.

Like beogradjanin already said. It is the NBPNP 003- EELMS form. Nothing confusing about this.
Attach them to your main form. This form is about 6-7 pages.
For we PNP EE applicants this form is our information form. I hope this will make it clear to you.

Thanks beogradjanin and Gladossy. I will use NBPNP 003- EELMS form then.

May you please give me your advice regarding "NBPNP-001 Declaration of Commitment Form"? As it should be signed by me and my spouse while I am not sure if I shall fill a separate form for each of us or only the same form for both of us.

Also, is it possible to write my name, date of birth and the date the photo was taken by pen on the back of our photos instead of printing them as I can't find any photography studio that agrees to do it for us here in Egypt.

print two out. One for you one for your spouse.

yes. Write them in print with a pen

Check with your courier first if its already delivered to New Brunswick and who signed for it ?
Then wait for the AOR email within two weeks
