If you have used DHL to send your documents (and the documents are still en-route to NB), you may want to check if you can request for RTO (return to origin)..babadi said:Guys, i have a big problem!! I just sent the full application but i realize that i forgot to send one document. What should I do? Send this missing document or wait for the additional document request? Or send a new full application package? Please help :-\
- in this context, print means you have to write or type your name without joining the letters (not cursive) and signshabnamt said:dear all
anther two questions about full application :
1 . in document checklist for full application , number 9 "Canadian Educational Credential for Degrees, Diplomas or Certificates" ask for " education documents and transcripts "
Is this related to just canadian degrees or everyone should send it? = only applicable for canadian degrees; mark your checklist with an "X" accordingly
2. in some part of the forms they asked for (please print). for example for principal applicant name and signature. what do they mean? Is that mean to type our name only or it should be filled by hand writing?
the term "signed at" means we should write the location and address?myuniverseinashoebox said:- in this context, print means you have to write or type your name without joining the letters (not cursive) and sign
That's right. Just put the City, Countryshabnamt said:the term "signed at" means we should write the location and address?
how they would detect the witness is a relative? Is it mean that it should be signed by office of a notary?Lakluki said:I second that witness cannot be your spouse. 3 weeks ago they have asked me to send a new form as family and relatives cannot be a witness.
How long did it take them to ask you to resend those documents? Did they tell you that spouse and relative cannot be a witness or you just guessing about a relative? I have heard about spouse but not relative as a witness.Lakluki said:I second that witness cannot be your spouse. 3 weeks ago they have asked me to send a new form as family and relatives cannot be a witness.
You can't have another immigration file under process while applying to NB; it's the top most exclusion mentioned in their guidePJ1220 said:During our batch, some of the applicants send multiple applications to other provinces. Some where even nominated by 2 or 3 of them and just chose NB as there desired province. So you are okay with it. You just have to choose which to accept or not to accept in CIC stage. Good luck.
