Hi guys I have applied for an EOI around 21/03/2016 with the NOC 1241 and up till now I have not received ITA, I attended the NB Event show around first week in March and I scored 68 points on the EOI form. Is anybody on the same boat with me? Please can you provide any advice?

NOC: 1241
EOI submission: 21/03/2016
EOI Points:68
ITA: No response yet

You can always resend your EOI again. For as long as you belong to the demand NOCs and if after one month you have not heard from NB then resend again. Try and try until you get your ITA. All the best on your application.

I believe you'll need to request IDP to send the results straight to NBPNP when you get your documents ready. You only need one copy of your IELTS results for PR.

the NB doesnt say so .. you have to find a work around ..
there is believe me

Me and my wife are maintaining a Fixed Deposit Account from August 25, 2015.

My question is that when I submit my application the exchange rate on 25th August 2015

1 CAD$= 49.70 (derived from Bank of Canada) will be taken into consideration or is that the present exchange rate

Also, I found there is a field in NBPNP Application Form which says" exchange rate used and the date"

Please clarify..

Thank you so much!

They did mention in one of the info sessions that for EOI applicants, if you have not heard from them within 60 days, that means that your EOI was rejected.

Thank you very much LokiJr01

Guys,

I didn't get "you are welcome to attend" from Promotions for the 20th July Dubai session , but now I got another Reminder Confirmation email.

Is it normal? Is there anybody in the same situation like me. I'm freaking out....

Please can anyone confirm whether a licence for an engineer under 2133 (electronics/electrical engineers) is required to be eligible for the programme? I know someone in 2133 who has an application processing without a licence but they replied to an email saying that a licence is required.

The trouble is that you need to already be a Canadian citizen or resident to even be eligible to apply for a licence!

It's normal as long as you registered for the session, you automatically get any information about that session.

Do I need to add credit card info in the New Brunswick or Canada immigration application?

I got the last bank statement and 6 months transaction activities in pdf file... Also Bank of America typed in a letter that says the current balance, when the account was opened and last 6 months average.

Do I have to get it signed and stamped by the officer?

Thanks,
Ritchie

As far as New Brunswick is concerned, this is what they have written...

Attention: The NBPNP Express Entry Labour Market Stream will not accept registrations from individuals who work in one of the following regulated professions in New Brunswick (requires a license to practice unless they have a valid job offer in New Brunswick and/or a license to practice in New Brunswick:

• Physicians

• Dentists

• Podiatrists

• Pharmacists

• Veterinarians

To those guys attending sessions - I personally believe it does make difference when you have ur ee profile ready.

Please make sure you have ur ielts, eca ready and have an active ee profile as well as jobbank ID.

Take care and all the best.

Dear ,

I am trying to fill the (NBPNP Express Entry Labour Market Stream Self-Assessment Form) form, and There is a question about the "Open Occupation"

Any idea what is that.?

Dear,

This is the information based on their website:

The NBPNP is only accepting expression of interest (EOI) forms from individuals who demonstrate that they have:

1. a connection to New Brunswick as described below

OR

2. attended a NBPNP information session in person in the past two years (no more than two years prior to the submission of an EOI)

3. Open Category

"3. Open Category
(Only the following NOC codes are eligible under Open Category: 2171; 2172; 2174; 2175; 2281).
Potential EOIs may receive an invitation to apply from the Province based on identified demand in the IT sector."

So if you have attended or will be attending an info session(NB Event), you may put the date and location of the same. If your occupation falls under open category, please refer to no. 3 above

Hope it helps.

All the best :)
