Hi. I got a feed back/approval to attend an information session in another country. However, upon registering at livinginnb.ca, the usual confirmation which generates "submission ID" wasn't sent to my email addy. Does this potend any challenge for me?

Any insight to this will be of great help.

Hi Everyone,

I am applying today, I have few quesitions

can i enter 2 NOCs in the form ?
Is it required to attend the info session before submitting the form?
What are the chances on receving an ITA on 77 points?

Thanks,
Ashish Khanduja

I don't think you can assign for 2 NOCs.
You should aim the one you have most chances with.

You have to check if you fall under one of their three requirements prior sending an EOI:
1 - Connection to NB (have studied in NB or have relatives in NB);
2 - Attend an information session;
3 - Open category (which is IT experience).

For sure 77 points are relevant.

Good luck!

And if i don't have any connection with New bruniswick. can i leave the column blank?

And what about the column

Why are you a good
candidate for NB: I don't fall under either of the reason mentioned in the example

After you attend a session you will input the datails of the session in this field (connection to NB).

"Why are you a good candidate" is a free field, try to convince them...

Hey Arvind,

Hello,
I sent an EOI on May 3rd, after attending an info session.
I got 72 pts. Not sure if there are chances for NOC 2161.
Any idea of how long it will take to get a response?
Thanks!

Hi adrscuds!
I have attended the session on the 23rd also.
Do you know if someone who attended the same session has already got an ITA?

Yes, one person, that i'm aware of, has already received an ITA. He sent his EOI on may 4th

I asked this exact question on the info session in Sao Paulo, on april 23rd.

They've said that in no more than 2 months you should receive an answer, IF they accepted your EOI.

As you said you sent it on march 3rd, 2 months have already passed. I'd suggest re sending the EOI to NB, if you haven't heard from them yet. You can send an EOI within a period of 2 years from the date of the session you attended.

In general that's true. But I know someone waited for 3 months and finally got NB ITA.
