I believe the effectivity was 1st July.

Due to the high volume of applications, the EOI selection process has been changed. Effective July 1, 2015, additional criteria will apply to the processing of EOI forms, thereby prioritizing applicants.

I submitted mine last 1st June @8.30am ADT and did not get a reply back. Now the question running in my mind is what will happen to that batch, I hope it will not be affected since there's an applicant rajanvnv submitted his last May and received an invitation to submit complete application first week of June. Still waiting if somebody here will post a good news from the June batch.

Hi All,

Anyone who applied in July will be validated against the new rules and as per new rules you must be:

First Priority : A connection to NB
Second Priority : Attended a NBPNP session

if not, than the Third priority applies to the rest and for that they are not accepting any EOI as of now.

And also, they have limited the scope of the NOC:

- Information technology: programmers, analysts, technical customer support, sales
- Business analysts
- Retail trade managers
- Hospitality managers, chefs with formal professional education
- Manufacturing managers
- Industrial mechanics
- Industrial electricians
- Bookkeepers
- Translators (English-French)
- Financials analysts and accountants (certified in Canada)

So overall the scope for FSW for outside the Canada applicants is very less now. Very upsetting! :-[

Hi, I am just resending my application once again hoepfully as a second priority applciant because I attended a working in Canada Fair in London in March this year where I got to fill in an express entry profile taken away by their officials that someone will get back to me.

I emailed them earlier about this because no one got back to me and I was told to make a note of that on my EOI form whenever I am resending it.

I ll update you guys on what happens next.

Is there any way to confirm what was the lowest points expected under NBPNP in June 2015.

Minimum eligibility is 67 points.

Hi.. hw have you applied for it.. although I am having 71 points including my spouse IELTS 5 points. It says u r not eligible...Plzz sugest!

Hi BhanuGhai, I have yet to finish my information session and will re-apply in August. Also, please refer to page 32 under munjal's post. Maybe you are missing something on the additional criteria side making you ineligible but I might be wrong.
