hope 2015 and all,

I sent NB PNP a mail regarding 2173 being a regulated profession in NB and if I would require a license or job offer. I did not get a response and so I called them today and spoke to one of the immigration officers and she told me that 2173- Software Enigineer is not regulated in NB and does not require license or job offer.

One hurdle cleared for all Folks who have applied under this NOC for NB PNP

hi ,do you complete your full application with 2173 ? I also submitted EOI with 2173 and got ITA but I am not sure whether the ITA is effective I am not certified and do not have job offer as well .

Here is the confirmation.

Hi Guys !
I am new to the group.

Can somebody pls guide me if we need to send the scanned copy of filled/printed EOI form as their is no option to save the details in the form.
I am planning to send it in July.

Regards,

savage1985,

Congrats on your ITA.
Yes, I plan to submit the application for 2173. The ITA is very much effective and NOC 2173 in itself is not regulated, meaning you do not require license or job offer for this NOC. The only case when you would require license is you have a job offer that is regulated in NB and then you need a valid license to work in it. I already got a clarification on this from NB PNP.

Ram,
I remember editing and filling up the form. In any case, you would need to send them the duly filled up form and doesn't matter whether scanned or filled up.

There is no in demand list they have published in NB PNP. Only thing we know is they have a total quota of 425 who will be nominated by them.
