Got nomination today!

My timeline:
ITA: 12/08/2015
AOR: 05/10/2015
NOC reassessment and new refference letters requested:26/11/2015
Requested docs sent:08/12/2015
Docs received: 14/12/2015
Nomination: 15/12/2015

I am going to celebrate ;D

I want to apply under the NOC 2132 Mechanical Engineers. Please let me know if this occupation is regulated?

New Brunswick guide online is at: welcomenb.ca/content/dam/bitp/pdf/ExpressEntryGuide-E.pdf
The guide says on page 8: "If you are being considered for nomination under an occupation regulated in New Brunswick, you will need a valid offer of employment from a New Brunswick employer."

Does it mean that I can not apply? Or is there any other way?

It is a regulated occupation. I would advise you to find the official page of Mechanical Engineers order and to read their requirements. This is the place you will receive the most accurate information. Good luck!

Hey guys need your help

I got a reply from nbpnp that my application is incomplete
They told me to submit 2 document
1.nbpnp-004
2.copy of work contract experience
My NOC code is 2282 and its LMIA exempt(i believe if your job is LMIA exempt then u dont need to submit employer support form.Am i correct?)
nbpnp-004 is employer support form.
I am working in nb from last 1 year

What should i do next ?

I am not aware about that topic, but I would write or call them. First time when I received a mail with a list of documents required by them I wasn't sure what is going on, because I have already sent these docs. Then I wrote an email to the immigration officer and ask her to explane me what exactly is expected to do. She was very kind and sent me another email with details.
So, I would advice you to write an email to your officer and to share your concerns with him/her. Thus you will receive the correct info and wouldn't spent time wondering what to do

hi hogiamisan. i am currently a member of Filipino whatsapp group re NBPNP applicants. our language there is in tagalog so i cannot suggest you to join us. maybe others have, kindly share please.

i believe and i am praying there is still a draw for 2015. and that draw will be this Friday ;D ;D ;D just like the other previous draws where usually there is 2 draws in a month.
