Provide the details of your personal history since age 18, or the last 10 years, whichever is most recent. If you were not working, provide information on what you were doing (unemployed, studying, travelling, retired, in detention, etc.). Do not leave any gaps in time. Begin with the most current.

for the personal history section, should I mention all the travel history I've done for the last 10 years? I traveled a lot... Should I even mention 2~5 days trip? I mentioned self-study, unemployed, employed for 10 years. For example, I worked for a company for a 16 months. During the same period, I visited other countries for 2 months. Should I mention that I worked for 12 months and then traveled for 2 months and I worked again for 2 months? or Can I just say I worked for 16 months without mentioning about traveling? I also want to clarify that anyone can sign as a witness except for family members or relatives? Am I right?
