Hi Fhdad,

I mean you don't need to worry about age, ielts expiration, since you got your ITA.

Only complete and submit your application and you are fine.

You only need to give one (1) police clearance from any emirate in the UAE

so if you think it is easier in Dubai, you can do it there. otherwise:

Abu Dhabi
General Police Directorate
Criminal Investigation Section
P.O. Box, 253 Abu Dhabi, UAE
Telephone: 971-2- 4461461

i went to the same department but they told me that over the counter you will receive only in Arabic, but if you need it in English you need to apply online at moi.gov.ae, is it okay to apply online and get one? it will be accepted in immigration office?

Hi fhdahd,

Once Application submitted and AOR received, nothing matters, if you cross age and points come down from 67 or IELTS expired. What matters is at the time of submitting the application and till they accept it, you should be eligible. Don't worry.. have you done your medical?

Hi fhdahd,

Once ITA received, even if your points come down on age , you would still qualify. Please go through the invitation, they have clearly mentioned it.

Hi fhdahd,

The below is the extract from ITA.

Changes to your personal situation.....

If your situation (or that of your spouse or partner) changes, you should try to re-calculate your points score
before you decide to apply for permanent residence. To find out how to re-calculate your score, see:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/crs-tool.asp

If your new score is lower than the minimum points score in the round of invitation from which you were invited to
apply, you should consider declining this invitation to apply. You should also consider declining this invitation
to apply if you no longer meet the minimum criteria for Express Entry.

WARNING: If you decide to apply in the above cases, your application may be refused and your application fee
will not be returned.

Some examples of changes which could result in a lower points score include:

• You no longer have a valid job offer
• You no longer have a provincial nomination
• Your language test scores have expired or upon re-taking them, the scores are lower.

NOTE: If you had a birthday since we sent you this invitation, and the change to your age decreases your points
total, this will not cause us to refuse your application for permanent residence.

Hi, anyone from Saudi Arabia? I got PCC from here but my consultant says it will make my case complicated because from saudia you don't need to send pcc with your pr application and have to wait for a letter from cic. Now will I have to get pcc again?

How is that possible?

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/security/police-cert/mid-east/saudi-arabia.asp#cit-inside

If you live in Saudi Arabia:

Certificates are available only to current legal residents.

If you have current legal residence status in Saudi Arabia, follow the directions above for citizens of Saudi Arabia who live in Saudi Arabia.

If you do not have current legal residence status in Saudi Arabia, you are not required to provide a Saudi Arabian police certificate. If you are asked for a police certificate from Saudi Arabia, write: “I cannot provide a police certificate for the time I spent in Saudi Arabia because certificates are only available to people who have current legal residence status.”

Thanks Pascal , according to cic website my consultant is right but after getting ITA I went to my country's consulate here in ksa and ask for pcc request letter . They provided me the same day and I applied for pcc and got in few days. Now my consultant says that we cannot send it with pr application. When cic receives yr application he will issue pcc request letter and you will have to go for pcc again.
