My question is; my EE profile will expire on 24th of March. Should I create a new profile now or wait till it expires? Do u think I will have to wait for the nomination to be in affect in the new profile or it will be in affect immediately?

has anyone applied for USA PCC ? apart from UAE and the home country . In my case , Both me and my spouse had spent some time in US for work and business visit . We are now sending our applications to US for PCC.

I think you can make a new one, before the expiry of the current one, that's what may openion, let some one who went thru same case shed light on it, btw thank you for best wish

This is what i have just done last week,my ee profile is expiring on April,04 so I withdrew it and created new one.
Then i linked job bank account to new ee profile ,and informed nb by email they confirmed the updates same day.
However,in his case i am bit confused how come nb registered the nominiation to his account while it's expiring in couple of days,they should have contacted him asking to create new one .
My suggestion is to give them a call and get their feedback may be they have a point .

in my opinion send them an email. It will demonstrate your commitment if it is not required

Can't you re-activate the same profile. I read somewhere in this very forum that it is possible.

I called them yesterday but they didn't give any advice just suggest me to send an email. I sent them email now waiting for their response...

He wants me to sign a new contract with new payments which I didn't know before. He will accept my ITA once I will pay him.
