"Good Afternoon
I’ve just completed the second review of your application for permanent residency in Canada. Unfortunately, we are unable to continue with your application as your language test have expired . All language test must be less than two years old at the time that IRCC receives them . Please submit a confirmation of your next testing date , and we will hold your application until the new test are received .
Thank you"

Hello Hmansour! It will be best to send them your new appointment test date rather than sending the recent test result which will lead to the rejection of your application. They will hold your application until you send them the new test result.
Goodluck on your new test appointment!
Would you mind giving one more number for your AOR number because we are trying to figure out on which series they are currently doing the second review.
Please also share your NOC..
Thanks a lot, appreciate your response.
