Thanks a mill for your reply (+1). That's what I was looking for.Abib said:Hi Lily,
Happy New Year!
Please see information below. This is found on the Document Checklist - Express Entry Labour Market Stream - New Brunswick Provincial Nominee Program (NBPNP) ---> https://www.pxw1.snb.ca/snb7001/e/1000/CSS-FOL-NBPNP-020E.pdf.
STEP #3 NBPNP WILL PROVIDE WRITTEN NOTIFICATION OF THE NOMINATION DECISION
A. If you are not already registered in the Express Entry system and the NBPNP would like to nominate you, the NBPNP will send an
email asking you to register with the system. Within 10 days of this email, you will need to complete an online Express Entry profile
and email your unique Express Entry Profile Number and your Job Seeker Validation Code (JSVC) to
entree.express.entry@gnb.ca. The NBPNP will send a nomination to your MyCIC Account. You will have 30 calendar days to
either accept or not accept the nomination.
If you are already in the Express Entry pool, following assessment, and the NBPNP would like to nominate you, it will do so in the
Express Entry system. You will need to accept the nomination within the system, as described above. See further details on how
this happens at www.cic.gc.ca/
Hope this helps.
Regards,
Allan and Napa
Thank you for your reply.ritchie_v said:As Abib said, it is solely based on express entry - advisable to create express entry first and then look for NB PNP!
Thanks a Lot for your advise...we are going to do that...do you have any idea how long does it take to get the nomination from NB and the whole the process (i mean federal part)?zainy89 said:Hello Tuki,
You can email the job duties of your spouse to NC-NOC-CNP-GD2@hrsdc-rhdcc.gc.ca and you should hear back from them within 24-48 hours with potential NOC code for the job duties you send them, and make sure when you send them an email add the job duties in the message body do not attach the word or PDF file.
Thanks a lot dear....really helpful....your friend is one of the luckiestzainy89 said:You are very welcome, it's usually anywhere between 2-3 months after you received ITA for NBPNP and then few months from there for your federal application, I have seen one of my mutual friend in his case the file was completed and received landing request within 45 days after Provincial Nomination was issued never saw any case faster then that.
BTW here in the forum people are waiting for almost 4 moths to get nomination, it depends on you NOC if it falls under demand then your calculation is correct otherwise it's a waiting gamezainy89 said:You are very welcome, it's usually anywhere between 2-3 months after you received ITA for NBPNP and then few months from there for your federal application, I have seen one of my mutual friend in his case the file was completed and received landing request within 45 days after Provincial Nomination was issued never saw any case faster then that.
