the way they issue on the spot ITAs, they will receive 100 application per day

But AOR is just a confirmation that the documents arrived there and take a number in their queue , that's what I think.
so no assessment happening at this point of AOR

When they receive your application package, the officer inscharde assess the application and supporting documents and then issue AOR, that initial assessment is called pre assessed, I guess so.

If anyone else have an opinion he/she can share it

I think that's a reasonable assumption and I agree with you. They will check whether all the required documents are there first and issue the AOR. Otherwise I don't think that they need more than a week just to allot PNP Ref./AOR No. only. They issue AOR after 9-10 days and in some cases hey take weeks only to send the PNP Ref.No.

When I start counting days, I feel really depressed. Why O Why!!
But that will not change anything. Just WAIT!

Wait time: 111 days from AOR for today. Damn!

what i have conclude from all the nomination issued, except few, there normal time is 4 -5 months or in some cases it will reach to 6, as the time they mention in the guideline is working days/ weeks, where as Saturday,Sunday and public holidays are not counted in the time period.
