Do you mean, website is expected to update the users about july month quota, starting at 00:00hrs july 1st?

I tried once @ 12.00AM ADT and again @ 12.00AM AST but i got the same message. SO i too guess they have not opened for July month. Why dont we try again @ 8.30AM and come to any conclusion.

offcourse they must be......becoz last month they full the quota in 1 day and this month when people are curious to send the EOI on exact time they have not removed the notification about june from their website and even not have mentioned anywhere about canada day. : ;D :'(

i think you are right !! we have to try it again at 8.30 ADT as well as AST and let other thinks about canada day ;D ;D
